Easier Text Reuse

Word’s AutoText toolbar simplifies document creation by offering you content relevant to what you are working on. Word determines relevant content based on the type of document you are working on and where you are in the document. For instance, if you are writing a letter, Word automatically applies the Closing style to closing text such as “Sincerely” or “Best Wishes”. When you select the closing text and click on the AutoText dropdown in the toolbar, Word automatically filters the available AutoText list to closing text only. This makes finding and reusing pertinent content seamless.
