Word Wizards

Word Wizards are easier to use, more flexible and fully integrated with the Office Assistant.

• Updated visual design modeled after subway maps shows you what's coming up and lets you jump to specific points in the Wizard

• Existing Wizards have been updated to give you more flexibility in your common tasks. For example, the Fax Wizard now includes the whole process of attaching a cover sheet to a document and actually sending it, the Legal Pleading Wizard lets you create templates for each court, and separately, lets you create specific pleading documents, and the Newsletter Wizard creates great looking color publications and stylized newsletters using linked textboxes instead of columns.
• Integrated Office Assistant provides continued help on successfully completing your document after the Wizard is finished. For example, after the resume wizard, you can send it via email or fax, shrink it down to one page, and add a cover letter, all without having to find it on your own in the interface. You can also go back into the Wizard and change your mind...for example, change the style you chose.
