Envelope and Label Improvements

Word 97 has made key improvements to make Labels easier to find and use:

• Access label mail merge from File New - usability tests showed us that users often look under File New to get started with the label mail merge process. So we now make it accessible from File New where we have added a wizard called “Mailing Labels”.
• Multiple Custom labels - If you use custom label sizes and have set up definitions for these unique labels, you can now save your custom label definitions easily.
• Change page size for labels - In Word 6.0, all label parameters except page size could be adjusted. In Word 97, we have added a Page Size control where you can pick from a choice of page sizes.
