Address book information access for names in messages

Word makes it easy for you to find address book information on people while reading or writing a message. If you select a name in a message anywhere in a message and right-click on it, choosing the "Who Is…" command brings up address book information for the person you select. This eliminates the need to go to the address book and type in a person’s name to get details on them.

Who Is… provides a short cut for getting detailed address information

Automatic formatting of plain text WordMail messages

Word’s AutoFormat engine works in the context of mail and automatically makes plain text WordMail messages look better. It also makes following message threads easier by stylizing headers, indenting message threads and adding coloration to make discerning message flow easy.
