Templates for Business and Personal Communication

How many times have you received a letter, fax, or memo from a colleague and said to yourself, "This is a cool looking letter. I wish I had the time to create something like this for myself." Well, your wish has come true. With Baarns RealForms you can create professional-looking templates for Microsoft Word 7.0.

From your menu bar, where RealForms is installed, you can quickly create more consistent and professional-looking written communication. RealForms creates a series of documents that have consistent style, spacing, and form. Enter your name, address, and company information only once and all templates will reflect your personal settings. Then, just a few simple mouse clicks and you are ready to type your letter. Later on, if you need to send a memo or fax to the same person, a few mouse clicks and your document will be generated with the same style and appearance as your letter.

Just think, someone will receive your letter and say, "This is a cool looking letter. I wish I had the time to create something like this for myself." As they are reading your letter, you are leaving the office early because you saved time by creating a professional-looking document with Baarns RealForms.

The first time you select a template, such as Letter Wizard, a wizard for customizing the template is loaded. This wizard will walk you through customizing the template to your personal preferences. After you have completed the customization wizard, it will not load again. To make changes, use Baarns RealForms Options.

All of the RealForms Wizards are easy to use. Most of your entries will be automatically generated for you. If necessary, type in your preferred settings. You will see your changes immediately take place in the template. The rapid feedback was implemented to eliminate guesswork.

After customizing the look of your template, another Wizard will load. Each template has a slightly different Wizard depending on the functionality and design of the template. All Wizards are designed based on written correspondence. The Address panel is generally the main panel in the Wizard. The Address panel uses your Schedule Plus or electronic mail address book for entries. To add an entry, use the Address Book... command. This will display your Schedule Plus or E-mail address book for you to select the entry or allow you to add an entry.
